our tamales

Our tamales are a delicious fusion of mexican flavours with some homespun creativity. They are completely vegan and we source as many spray-free ingredients as we can. All our packaging is compostable, although BYO plate is always encouraged!

Smokey barbeque

Pulled jackfruit slow cooked with caramelized onions in a smokey bbq sauce, stuffed inside our signature savoury corn cake. Served with guacamole and slaw.

 

Ingredients: masa (ground white corn, lime), water, organic vegetable stock, organic apple cider vinegar, garlic, spring onion, baking soda, coconut oil, salt, jackfruit, brown onion, pineapple, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, tomato chutney, worcester sauce, liquid smoke, paprika, cayenne pepper, raw sugar

Chickpea chorizo

A Spanish-inspired nut mince made of whizzed chickpeas, walnuts, sundried tomatoes, smoked paprika and coriander, stuffed into our signature savoury corn cake. Served with guacamole and slaw.

La abuelita

A 'Grandma's Stuffing' inspired corn cake cake with dates, olives, sage and rosemary, stuffed with spiced winter vegetables. Topped with pepitas and our orange balsamic tahini crema.
